He Said, She Said features special guests discussing a topic central to New York dating.
For this edition of He Said, She Said Datehole welcomes director of hit film Knocked Up, Judd Apatow, and a 12 year old girl, whose name we cannot disclose because of some pervy law.
This week’s topic: Contraception? Necessary? If so, whose responsibility is it?
12 Year Old Girl: Hi. I’m kinda’ nervous. Anyway, um, well… I think what I’ve heard is that, like, using contraception makes sure the girl doesn’t get pregnant. And the girl not getting pregnant is good because if you get pregnant you won’t be able to do a lot of stuff like school.
Judd: Don’t be fucking ridiculous. Do you know how much funny shit can come out of not using any contraception? It’s comedy gold woman.
12 Year Old Girl: And I think it’s better than one of the pill things you take all the time because it also stops stuff like AIDS.
Judd: I don’t understand why they even make those things. If people never enter into some kind of stressful, wacky situation how are they ever going to learn deeper things about themselves?
12 Year Old Girl: And I think both the boy and girl should get the condoms because that way you can make sure that one person will always have one.
Datehole thanks you both for your time.
12 Year Old Girl: Thank you.
